Current status

The Google Ads API integration is being configured and is not yet collecting Google account data. This policy describes the intended processing when that connection is enabled. Any material change in purpose or access will be disclosed before it is introduced.

Data accessed and purpose

When authorized, the Google integration is intended to access the account identifiers needed to make authorized Google Ads requests, keyword ideas, and aggregate historical keyword metrics, including country and language settings. These data support keyword research and website promotion planning for the owner and authorized client projects. The application does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or personal payment details.

Permissions and credentials

Authorization takes place on Google's own pages; the application does not ask users to send Google passwords. Google's Ads API authorization scope may allow broader account operations than research alone. The planned application behavior is limited to research requests; it does not automatically create campaigns or spend advertising funds. OAuth credentials must be stored on the owner's server with restricted access, outside public pages and source files, and excluded from routine logs.

Use, sharing and human access

Google data is used only to provide the disclosed research functionality. It is not sold, licensed to data brokers, used for advertising targeting or profiling, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Research results may be included in the relevant owner's or authorized client's project reports. They are not published as an unrestricted Google-data feed. Human access is limited to the owner and project participants who need access to provide the requested work. Service providers may process data only as needed to host and operate the tool. Disclosures may also occur when legally required.

Storage, retention and deletion

When enabled, credentials and saved research reports are intended to be stored on the owner's administered server. Credentials are retained only while the connection is required. Saved project reports remain until removed by the owner or as required for the agreed project. A connected user can request deletion of their connection and associated Google-derived data by emailing the contact above. The owner will remove the connection credentials and relevant active stored data, and explain any legal retention obligation or protected-backup expiry that applies. Revoking access prevents future API calls but does not by itself delete reports already saved.

Security

The connection must use HTTPS and OAuth. Access to credentials and project data is restricted to authorized users; secrets must not be included in public source, pages or diagnostic logs. The owner is responsible for maintaining access controls and applying security updates before processing account data.

Disconnect Google access

You can revoke access through Google Account → Third-party connections. Contact the owner to request deletion of data already retained by the application.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Ivan Kobylyanskiy SEO Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Public website and changes

These informational pages require no login and contain no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or contact forms. The web server may record ordinary request metadata for operation and troubleshooting. Updates will be published on this page with the revision date.
