Data and purpose

We store your name, selected contact method and contact details to respond, discuss your workflow, prepare an estimate and agree the next steps. Your business country and project description are optional. We also store form and reply language, page URL without query parameters, enquiry reference and time, and your consent choice and notice version. Country is not inferred from IP. A network-address hash is used to limit spam and is not published.

Processing

Enquiries are processed in Russia on the controller’s server and in the controller’s Lead Otbor and CRM systems. A notification is sent to the working mailbox boss-f@ya.ru through Yandex mail. Access is limited to the controller and the technical systems handling the enquiry. Enquiries are not published. This form does not request consent to advertising mail. Processing is based on your separate consent.

Analytics

These form pages do not load analytics or advertising scripts. An analytics ClientID is neither required nor sent. A separate technical counter identity does not mean that its tracking code loads in your browser.

Retention and requests

Your enquiry is used until its purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable obligations and other retention grounds. You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw consent, using the email above. Include the contact you supplied and the approximate enquiry date. Form transmission uses HTTPS; stored enquiries and the queue are outside the public website directory. Do not submit sensitive information.
